This Privacy Policy explains how Built to Unite Inc. ("we", "us"), 169 Madison Ave, STE 38467, New York, NY 10016, USA, handles personal information collected through the website avataroperator.com (the "Site") for the Avatar Operator™ program.

1. What we collect

When you submit the early-access form we collect: your name, email address, country (optional), chosen professional direction, applicant type, whether you own a VR headset, your consent confirmation with its timestamp and version, a technical submission identifier, and the date and time of submission. We do not request payment information — the early-access application is free.

2. How we use it

to maintain the early-access list and contact you about the Avatar Operator™ program, including the first VR demonstration and course availability;
to answer messages you send to us;
to understand overall interest in professional directions;
to protect the Site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where it is processed

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in Airtable. Transactional emails (such as the submission confirmation) are sent through Brevo. These service providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

4. How long we keep it

We keep early-access records while the program is being developed and for as long as needed to operate the early-access list. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw from the early-access list at any time, by writing to office@avataroperator.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act); we will honor valid requests as required by law.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the record.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy as the project develops. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
